Water at Work are members of the British Water Cooler Association of Great Britain (BWCA) who strongly advises that all bottled water coolers should be sanitised once every three months and plumbed in water coolers every 6 months (including a filter change) to ensure the healthy and safe dispensing of water through a watercooler, we undertake sanitisation by the exchange of the water trail or by steam sterilisation in accordance with the manufacturers and BWCA's recomendations.
